Worleys return with Social Distancing and Hygiene protocols
1st June 2020 saw Worley’s Suzuki and Citroen return to work following the recent enforced lock down. With the safety of our staff and customers paramount in these extraordinary times we have had to introduce a new way of operating and request that our customers assist in maintaining these new standards.
We are operating on an appointment only basis for both car sales and Aftersales so would request that you contact us on 01494 440204 or via info@worleys.co.uk prior to your visit to us.
For car sales, test drives must be booked in advance so that we can prepare the vehicle for your drive. You will be required to bring your driving licence (if it is not a photo card type, we will require you to bring your passport with you also). Test drives are only available to over 21’s, those that have held a full driving licence for 12 months and have less than 6 points on your driving licence. You will be required to complete a driver’s declaration.
At all times sales will always be conducted with social distancing rules being observed. To aid this we will require you to provide us with your email address so that documents can be forwarded to you.
Our Aftersales operation will receive your vehicle in safely, ensure it is sanitised prior to our staff carrying out any repairs or services required. Prior to the return to you it will be re-sanitised and left securely so that you can return to your vehicle with the knowledge that it is safe for you to drive.
From the pictures you can see that signs are placed strategically around the entrance and showroom, reminding you of the need to social distance, with floor markings and signs to help you maintain 2 metres between yourself and any staff member or customer. Please do not be surprised to see the Perspex ‘cough’ screens that are in place at our service and parts desks to give further protection to yourself and our staff.

Saturday 9.00 to 16.00 Closed
